We will start with your logo, that will take between 24 and 48 hours to send you the concepts, these will be 5 different concepts, unless you request a detailed icon like an Austin Martin, then you will receive one icon and 5 different lettering styles to complement the icon, all icons are original artwork and not derived from clipart.
All logo's are vector*, but when the file formats are delivered to you it will be saved in various formats for different uses and some of those are raster**.
All design will be emailed so you must add the email address of your designer to your address book, you will receive there email address after your purchase your design or design package in the confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and added in que.
Please do not ask the designer if they "have anything yet" before the first 48 hours, they have a fair workload, and special care and attention is paid to each design, they will have your design in the order that it is received.
Please respond to your designers email, if it is a question about your design and you take 2 days responding then your design will be put on hold until you respond, and once you respond will be added back in to the que of designs in the order that they are relieved. We will try our best to meet any and all dead lines, but ultimately it is your responsibility to plan ahead and please do not expect our designers to move your design to the front of the que because of lack of preperation on your part.
